It's has been a year i'm working in service industry!!!..
For me, Friends is unmeasurable v figures... In my life, i did felt i got best frens.. but they might think i'm not their best fren.. (Anyway no heart feeling even so bcoz I do not expecting they need to be so).

Real Friends is not the one can lend me a shoulder or help u while u need, but share your feelings, direct u to the right way and even can criticize your doing.. Be honest, I not mind to hear the criticism.. At least i can aware n may change/ correct it(I strongly believe I will change if I really wrong)... Frens is very simple for me.. i never 'guess' others ppls think on me... But I really concerns n wish my frens have Good Perspection on me!!.. Even when my last breath... Somehow maybe they don't n not telling also. (which not my real fren for my thinking)

For me, we can be fren.. because of TRUST.. I wish my fren think that...
As well in the industry. I want to be trustworthiness, I work to be integrity and reliable agent.. everything to be transparent, fight for the truth in policy, finding the facts to prove... Understand their needs n provide with their affordability.. Provide the best i can do...
I never mislead my frens n clients in this industry Coz TRUST, INTEGRITY is very important for me now, pass n future... So I n my clients can be Friends Forever & Ever...

For me, I think what meant by SUCCESS is what i can give/ contribute to anybody especially surrounding me(my Family, Frens n whoever i concern about)
This industry let me know I'm not working just for money.. Money cannot make me proud. Coz money can't go v me when i die or pass away. And Money can't guarantee you will be Happy Person.

I'm doing Coz i like the job very much... A job that can make me proud n to be successful person* (in my definition for SUCCESS).
"I felt Life For Work, but NOT Work For Life." for current situations. Maybe I'm not strong Desirer person. but i did have burden, liabilities too.

In this industry. I strongly bring out the concept of PLANNING...
"There are No Planning Failure, but just failure planning." (Got planning won't be fail, but failure coz got no planning)

In this industry, I felt really Very Happy is that i can share out everything v my prospects or frens... Even they not deal with or committed. It also doesn't matter... Because i let them aware of such importance of PLANNING. and Let them Know I'm can provide them.

Planning always comes with better life... Planning doesn't comes with risks management or insurance only... Coz we did have Planning for Future... Objectives like: Buy car, House, Married, To have better Living Standard. Travel Every Year, your Child Education, Child get married, Life after Retirement age... Don't you agree that's the best moments in our life??

If one day I moved away from this world... I'll felt very proud that i can provide my frens / clients to achieve that best moments they deserve it even i can't share with them. and I done my best to my family.

It's has been a long long time din post here...
How was my life on these few months after the exam...
I had been busy for my vacation holidays in MAy to June... Many trips continuous..
And then after the holidays about one & half months just working with my current job ( financial consultant)...
Refer to the past a month ago (July), I really suffer a bad days & lifestyle.... Almost every night was out with frens until d midnight 2 to 4am oni back... having many gathering (from Primary to University frens)...

All because of my current job...
Now just telling the truth about how I join for this job & why I'm get in on that:
financial consultant (newest term in the industry) or in many ppl's mind are so called insurance agent (familiar with public mind)... But it's doesn't matter...

HOw Am I join for this industry??
BEFORE I joined... I did felt this industry is bad for me...(I always have bad perspection on this & misunderstand about the Insurance agent).. Always comes with my mind Insurance cheating ppl to buy the policy when they cannot claim later...

It's simple & for me just have a very pure intention..

My first intention is to help my brother to be his downline (surbodinate).. I hit my target so that he can get promoted to higher position since his target oredy being archieved... I will trying (just trying) to intro my frens on my network... (I have no knowledge about the insurance)

The second intention oni comes to the money (which will b my side income..).. "Doing Sales really can made u get rich if u r the lucky one... there are not many can b that... why don't u try since u r young"(thats always ppl saying)...
With d Money can make my dreams comes truth which i can start my own business... Just trying to get more capital (My intention)...

I being starting this career after the 3 days fast start classes(middle of June 2009)...
Before that I was just a normal student study my degree in UTAR... I had printed my biz card very long time ago but in actual I had totally no idea on the insurance...

I still can remember what happened to the next morning of the end of the fast start class... (WHICH I Get TO KNOW the knowledge about a Few Worthful SAvings PLans & it would be withrawn on July & August... (I still believe it's really worth it til now... that's why I had brought 3 policies on it (6% GUARANTEE INTEREST PER ANNUM.. if whoever still can get a policy with Guarantee 6% must inform me... I really hope to get it in this economy)

In the month of June, I had seen & being done a lot of analysis on policies available in the current market (competitors & bank industry) which provide same purpose for Savings Plans with Guarantee interest.. Who wanna compare with Any plan(FD, EPF, Endowment, Retirement, Education)... We can have a discussion...

With this, I knew how Worth is it (the Plan)...
But I just left about a month to recommend to my frens... I tried my best to tell whoever best frens I can remember in my mind)... And even go through by gathering (It's very bad tactic... It's really harm my network relationship)
But I really felt the limitations on the time (I dun care).. I REALLY hopes that the plan withrawn at Sept,AT least my frens have more stable on their income.. But in fact, The Memo was out by preseident & CEO in June 18, 2009...

Why I get into this industry??

Now I believe in Insurance...(My mindset was change???...I can said 100% my answer is"Yes", It's a Needs for human... (Not a products or luxury goods)... no matter as a father, son, husband, with family or single..They also have this needs "Protection"(Just In fact, some ppl trying to escape their responsibility...)
No matter how bad the economy it is, They still have this needs & protections (Insurance may bring u the protections to anybody important to u, created a dreams to u'DREAM CAr', 'DREAM HOUSE', try to satisfy ur needs 'EDUCATION', 'RETIREMENT' & etc...)
In other country likes European countries, JApan & etc.. they are seldom hav insurance agent... Coz they are ennough knowledgable.. they knew why they wanna be insured... They might direct go visit & deal with insurance companies... But not in Malaysia..
THat's why this career was developed... & companies have provided a lot motivations likes go foreign trip, bonuses and so on... But I believe in one day we also will b that while educated... this career might gone (But hopes it's not so fast)...

AFTER I joined,
Third intention comes, I knew this industry is suited for me & my personality... In the sence that I likes to help & concerns about my frens...
I always have a 'BAD' imagination that... One day, I'll bring a cheque to my clients(which my best fren)... I settle their problems although they won't say a "Thank You" or "Appreciation" to you... But in my heart I will felt very happy & proud to be that person... "Choi .. TOUCH WOOD ya...=p"

I clearly knew that this industry wasn't direct sales or products sales.
It is a servicing industry..!! & I work as a consultant or planner to help to give the best suitable plans to meet their needs...(Of Course I will provide the best for that... Coz I'm doing service forever, not temporary...& try to fight the best i can do to them that i promise...)
It will still be my PArt Time job if I give up on Full Time...

I also realized why this industry are being perceive as 'BAD'.. Many ppls claims Insurance are CHEATING or Being CHEATED by them...
I wanna tell the truth... Whatever terms & conditions will be stated in your policy "Black & White"... The Insurance Company was liable for that... they never cheat u... The oni things is "Just the Agent may cheating (this I was experience) or not enough knowledge"... I believe normal ppls won't read the policy or understand it... That's normal..

Here I provide a way may b help u to ensure & better understand ur policy...
Give ur policy to others agent u trusted.. they may willing to help you do a listing...Coz We are SERVICE AGENT selling a Service not a products...

Of Course, I had suffered the negative(which I dun like) while working in this field..
The 1st was my unhealthy lifestyle.. sometimes really felt i was sick... when get up in the late afternoon.. My time was unschedule (missed breakfast & lunch), Midnight still outside.. meal may once a day (dinner)..
Everyday passed really fast din even noticed the date...
Some Frenship weaken
The income... Our commisions are damn little lo... But I will Gambate...

Finally finished all d Exam on 6th May...
NOw Just put on my Holidays moods..
After the exam, I'm still busy on long vacation... (to visit)
7th to 9th May Just came back from many destinations (Penang, Ipoh, Kuala Selangor)... It's a fantastic 'foods journey'...
I ate a lot all the way the journey...But I'm still alright... not getting fat yet... since these few days go swimming, gym and sauna... I felt I'm getting slimmer somemore... lol
2molo, would have my second class trip to somewhere...(Which I waiting for so long) hehe...

313 Suppose be a big day for me in every year... It's a date for reserve for my KTAR College frens to have gathering on this date... LAst year was busy... everybody might forgot a bout this date...
This year 2009, at last i made it.. But, It was quite rushing... CozMorning having VIVA which was a presentation on our proposal project or theses...
